The logo encompasses unity between two companies - Magrills + Allied Services Incorporated and Getman Corporation, using the initials M+G with their company colors to signify the first letters of the two companies.
The stripe lines signifies "Moving Forward" with the concept of making landmarks in the Philippine Mining Scene and even in global export.

The black ring signifies limitless boundary and strength of the 2 companies that are united to meet their goals as one.
