**Residents of San Ildefonso / San Rafael Areas highly prioritized **

For Out of School Youths (OSY) / TESDA Certified graduates (application is OPEN)

Biodata
At least 18 years of age, male or female
Single*
Latest Barangay Clearance / Certificate of residency in Bulacan
Diploma (Elementary / High School whichever comes first) OR Latest Report Card from the Last School Attended
With High Morale and Pleasing Personality
Willing to be assigned to various workshop task

For TESDA Certified Graduates:
Requirements same as above with certification coming from the TESDA accredited school last attended (specify field of specialization - electrical, machine shop works, etc.)

A Comprehensive Test for English Language will be conducted during the interview.

For Aspiring Mechanical Engineers (one slot available) :

Graduate from BS Mechanical Engineering course
had taken the board exams (optional)
Latest Barangay Clearance / Certificate of residency in Bulacan
Diploma and Trasncript of Records
With High Morale and Pleasing Personality
Willing to be assigned to various workshop task
Willing to do hands-on work
Willing to be assigned on offsite areas

A comprehensive exam that will tackle language, communication proficiency and mathematical computations will be given during the interview.
